Role Overview:

We are hiring an Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of investment management and asset servicing platforms for asset managers, wealth managers, asset owners, and financial institutions. The Project Manager will own delivery across Front Office, Investment Operations, Accounting, Performance & Reporting, Data, and related integrations and migrations.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise platform implementations from project initiation through go-live and post-production stabilization

• Manage cross-functional workstreams spanning Front Office, Middle Office, Investment Operations, Accounting, Performance, Reporting, Data Management, and Client Reporting

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive status reporting

• Serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead, partnering with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams

• Coordinate implementation teams, solution architects, data specialists, vendors, and client resources

• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing strategy, UAT, defect management, cutover planning, and production readiness

• Manage data conversion and migration activities, including security master, holdings, transactions, accounting, and reference data

• Drive successful integrations between investment management platforms and downstream/upstream applications

What We're Looking For

• 8–12+ years of project management experience delivering technology and business transformation initiatives within asset management, wealth management, capital markets, or asset servicing environments

• Proven experience leading implementations of investment management platforms such as SimCorp Dimension, Charles River IMS, BlackRock Aladdin, Eagle, Clearwater, SS&C Geneva, Alpha, Bloomberg AIM, or similar solutions

• Strong understanding of investment operations, portfolio accounting, trade lifecycle, reconciliations, performance measurement, reporting, and data management

• Experience managing large-scale data migrations and platform integrations

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs involving business, operations, technology, and third-party vendors

• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills

• Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery environments

Nice to Have:

• Consulting background with firms supporting investment management technology transformations

• Experience working with cloud-based investment and accounting platforms

• Familiarity with market data, performance, reporting, CRM, and data warehouse ecosystems supporting investment managers

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification

Compensation: The anticipated base compensation range for this role is $170,000-$200,000 plus bonus and profit share, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, market conditions, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined based on individual background and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.
