Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture and design efforts across investment data transformation programs
- Partner with business, operations, accounting, and technology stakeholders to define future-state operating and data models
- Design scalable investment data architectures supporting front-, middle-, and back-office workflows
- Guide integration strategy across investment platforms, accounting systems, custodians, security masters, performance systems, and downstream reporting environments
- Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, data flows, mappings, and transformation logic
- Advise clients on investment data governance, reference data strategy, reconciliation processes, and platform rationalization
- Support enterprise migrations and platform implementations, including systems such as Eagle, SimCorp, Aladdin, CRD, and related investment ecosystems
- Act as the strategic bridge between client business teams, architects, developers, vendors, and implementation partners
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions with senior client stakeholders
- Review implementation approaches and provide architectural guidance to development and engineering teams
- Support proposal development, solutioning discussions, and consulting practice growth initiatives where applicable
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience within investment management technology, investment operations, investment accounting, or investment data consulting
- Strong understanding of investment management workflows across front-, middle-, and back-office functions
- Deep experience with investment data architecture, data modeling, and integration design
- Experience supporting enterprise platform implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of investment accounting, security master/reference data, performance measurement, reconciliation, and reporting workflows
- Experience working with platforms such as Eagle, SimCorp, Aladdin, CRD, Bloomberg, or related investment systems
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical and operational solutions
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client communication skills
- Experience working closely with engineering and development teams in an implementation environment
- Strong documentation and solution design capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within consulting organizations or large-scale enterprise transformation programs
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern investment data architectures
- Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or modern data warehouse ecosystems
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred
- Experience supporting asset managers, asset owners, pensions, insurance firms, or alternative investment organizations

Compensation Range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 annually, plus bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including candidate experience, skillset, geographic location, market data, internal equity, and overall alignment to the role and level.
