Role and Responsibilities:
- Operate as a strong independent contributor on client projects, delivering high-quality work across defined tasks and deliverables.
- Support workstreams within larger consulting engagements by conducting research, gathering requirements, and developing recommendations.
- Create deliverables such as process maps, presentations, and documentation that drive client decision-making and project success.
- Apply critical thinking and structured problem-solving to client challenges, ensuring solutions are practical and actionable.
- Collaborate closely with team members and client stakeholders, contributing to a positive and professional client experience.
- Contribute industry knowledge and insights that support the design of operating models and solutions for investment management clients.
- Participate in internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, recruitment, and firm-building activities.

Qualifications:
- Consulting or related professional experience within the asset and investment management industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality deliverables (presentations, reports, documentation) in client-facing settings.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with confidence in presenting to both business and technical audiences.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, client-facing environments.
- Familiarity with investment management platforms, operating models, or technology solutions is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.
