Role and Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a small project or lead a workstream within a larger engagement for investment management clients.
- Oversee day-to-day execution, including planning, deliverable creation, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
- Serve as a people manager, providing guidance and feedback to consultants while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
- Contribute industry knowledge and insights to shape client strategies, operating models, and solutions.
- Partner with senior colleagues to identify opportunities for follow-on work and support business development activities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to support the implementation of operating model solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Support internal practice initiatives, including knowledge sharing, community participation, and recruitment.

Qualifications:
- Consulting experience within the asset and investment management industry.
- Strong project and workstream management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and deliverables.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Experience contributing to proposals, deliverables, and broader business development activities.
